Processing & Handling

We aim to process and send out orders promptly, however, due to our limited team, most orders are processed during regular business hours. Our shop operates from Wednesday to Saturday, therefore orders placed after business hours on Saturday may not be processed until the next Wednesday. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests, but we may not be able to offer expedited processing. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information to monitor the delivery of your Greek Paraphernalia.

Additionally, we utilize print-on-demand manufacturing. Producing items on demand instead of in bulk helps to reduce excess production and allows for unique creations. Please note that print-on-demand products may take a bit longer to reach you.

Urgent Orders and Expedited Shipping

When you place a rush order with A&W Greek Shop, you can expect your purchase to be processed with top priority. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and guaranteed to be shipped within 2 business days. Your order will be shipped using a priority mail service, such as Fed Ex, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, to ensure quick delivery.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

Please be patient and give us 3-5 business days to process your order for Greek Paraphernalia. Make sure to check your tracking number as all orders come with one. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed by our shipping department. Usually, tracking information will be available within 24 hours of receiving the shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 2 business days since you received the shipping notice and there is still no information for your tracking number, please contact us at customerservice@awgreekshop.com or give us a call at 205-925-4777 so we can inquire about the status of your order with the carrier.
